Wonton Soup



INGREDIENTS

  • Magnolia Chicken Siomai
2 tbsps.cooking oil
1/2 cuponion leeks, sliced
2-3 cupschicken stock
2 pinchesngo-hiong
2 tsps.soy sauce
2 tsps.rice wine
pinchsalt
2 pincheswhite pepper
1 tsp.sesame oil
chives, chopped

PROCEDURE
  • Saute onion leeks in cooking oil, add chicken stock, pinch of ngo-hiong, dash of soy sauce and rice wine.
  • Add Magnolia Chicken Siomai, let it simmer to cook. One minute before serving, drop Chinese cabbage or bokchoy.
  • Add sesame oil.
